ZY Qigong

We hold regular workshops and seminars in Seattle, WA, and meet for weekly practice.

Zhong Yuan Qigong Classes

There are four stages or levels of ZY Qigong that are taught.

• ZY Qigong Level 1 - Relaxation - the Calm State
• ZY Qigong Level 2 - Silence  (Silence of the Mind)
• ZY Qigong Level 3 - Pause
• ZY Qigong Level 4 - Wisdom

Weekly Practice

We meet every week around the West Side of Los Angeles (Venice, Santa Monica, Marina del Rey), to practice ZY Qigong as a group. The meeting place is often dictated by our practice - on the beach, to work with water, in the park, to concentrate on trees, or indoors, to work on quiet meditation.

In addition to taking the level workshops, every year our students have a chance to deepen their own practice by participating in retreats and intensives.
